The relationship between LunarCircuit and our clients is professional in nature. While we provide legal advice and representation in certain matters, we are not acting as your solicitor unless specifically agreed in writing for particular legal proceedings.
Our advice is based on the information you provide and general principles of debt management and financial planning. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on various factors including creditor cooperation, your financial discipline, and economic conditions.
You acknowledge that achieving debt freedom requires commitment, discipline, and time. Our role is to provide guidance, strategies, and support, but ultimate success depends on your actions and circumstances.
Payment terms for our services are specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due in advance of service delivery. We accept various payment methods as specified during the engagement process.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges. If payment is more than 30 days overdue, we reserve the right to terminate services and pursue collection of outstanding amounts.
All fees are stated in Euros and include applicable VAT where required. Refund policies are specified in individual service agreements and may vary depending on the type of service provided.
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by LunarCircuit, including but not limited to strategies, methodologies, documents, templates, and educational materials, remain the exclusive property of LunarCircuit.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our materials solely for your personal debt elimination purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.
The LunarCircuit name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of LunarCircuit AS. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding our services may be used by LunarCircuit without compensation or attribution.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal and financial information. All information shared with LunarCircuit is protected under professional confidentiality obligations and applicable data protection laws.
We may share your information only with your explicit consent, when required by law, or when necessary to provide the agreed services (such as communicating with creditors on your behalf).
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary methods, strategies, or business practices disclosed by LunarCircuit during the provision of services.
LunarCircuit provides professional services to the best of our ability based on current knowledge and experience. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our debt elimination strategies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunarCircuit's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort, or otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that our advice will be error-free or that results will meet your expectations. Financial and legal circumstances can change rapidly, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
You acknowledge that debt elimination involves inherent risks and that individual results may vary based on personal circumstances, creditor cooperation, and external economic factors.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with appropriate notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Termination does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for services already provided.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, provide false information, engage in illegal activities, or fail to make required payments.
Upon termination, you must cease using all LunarCircuit materials and return or destroy any confidential information. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
We will provide reasonable transition assistance to help you continue your debt elimination efforts independently or with another service provider.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
The failure of LunarCircuit to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice through email or other direct communication methods.
If you do not agree with modified terms, you may terminate your service relationship in accordance with the termination provisions outlined above.
